At Medicrov operates as a brand under Keysmore Technologies Pvt Ltd. All refund-related processes and policies are governed by Keysmore Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness in addressing requests for cancellations or refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Service Not Rendered:
   If Medicrov is unable to provide the scheduled service due to an issue on our part.
2. Service Cancellation:

• A full refund will be provided if the service is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled
  start date.
• A partial refund (minus administrative charges) will be provided for cancellations made within
  24-48 hours before the scheduled start date.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service begins.

1. Service Refund Requests:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of placing the order.
• The fee for the days you availed of the service will be deducted, and the remaining amount will
  be credited to your original payment method.

• All refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days of submission.

• Approved refunds will be credited within 10 business days and credited back to the original
  payment method.

  Non-Refundable Fees- Services that have already been fully rendered.- Costs associated with specialized equipment or customized care plans.- Additional fees for emergency or last-minute bookings.

  Refund requests related to emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances will
  be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
